   I have to read the proposal myself. Is it actually mandating nicotine level or curing methods.
   It's the sugar curing that does the majority of the harm to our bodies

     Fermenting creates a lot of cancer-generators. They also use radioactive fertilizer, which wouldn't be a big issue if not for tar and the temporary cilia paralysis causing it to sit in your lungs for a long time.

I know the paper now has some kind of glue in it to keep it from burning down to nothing if you don't take a drag. That was supposed to help people not fall asleep smoking and burn down their house, but the glue causes more health problems than fires except it's dispersed harm instead of concentrated.

     And probably those chemical ladden filters aren't that healthy as well. I used to smoke filter less back in the 80s/90s.
