   Just took the pups out for a walk and one of the part-time residents in the building gave me a carton of eggs. He's heading back to his other residence in Florida.

   He's a snowbird.

   So that was nice.

     @xenophora Snowbird is a term denoting a person who lives in one place for most of the year, but lives in a warmer place in the winter.
