     @Heil_Honkler Do you think I should use plumbers putty? I should be able to install it top side super-tight and slip it over a pre-cemented piece of PVC. I have side access to make sure it goes in and will shim the p-trap so it doesn't flex down.

     @fknretardlol @Heil_Honkler I wasn't sure if the little gaskets they provide are worth anything. This shower doesn't need cement base up to 400 lbs, so we can crank the bejeepers out of this hog of a drain and just slip it on the pipe. As long as the gaskets don't leak we're golden.
