     At the start of the speech, PM Trudeau explains how the US tariffs have real consequences for the citizens of the US, their jobs may be in jeopardy, and raise fuel and grocery costs. Five minutes later he tells us that he's imposing the same tariffs in Canada. So he's putting Canadian jobs in jeopardy, increasing household costs for Canadians, and causing Canadians to experience the same consequences he's warning US citizens about.
