     Yeah - I think it's a pipe dream. The programs and funding are so insanely tangled and obscure even high level resource sponsors actually have no idea how much money they have and how it's being spent. It will be like trying to audit a giant plate of spaghetti that someone mixed up with yarn, rubber hoses, and worms and then threw into a blender.

     @inscius They've been trying to audit the Pentagon for years. Between trying to fire everyone who understands government accounting and doing a rush job, I don't see this working at all.
