     Lately, it’s been hard to find the energy to pretend I’m okay. The weight of everything feels heavier than usual, and no matter how much I try to push through, the emptiness lingers. I know healing isn’t linear, but right now, I just feel stuck. I don’t really know what I need—maybe just to be heard.
