   I love the sighted bass players who debate if fretless bases should have lines on them or not, when there's blind fretless bass players like Rachel Flowers that don't need silly stuff like that.

     I tried playing a fretless bass in a shop and just made a horrible noise.

     @KaraLG84 The challenge is hitting the same note twice. It's a Japanese Fender I found at a guitar store in California that has a section for used instruments. I bought some new strings for it, so I'll be practicing with it again. I'm mostly a lead guitarist, but I try.
