   The number of businesses that I haven't bought anything from in 8-10 years that are suddenly emailing me and my spouse this month out of the blue makes me think Square or Salesforce just launched some sort of deep lens feature that identifies customers from very old sales records.

     Sure, restaurant in Seattle I only ate at once in 2016, I really want to know what your valentines day promotion is. Also, that hotel in San Diego that I stayed one night in 2012, go ahead and ping me twice weekly with what's going on in Del Mar, California.
