   If you want to "lead the race" of industrial efficiency, the only way to achieve that would be to eliminate "open source" and LLMs and embrace free software (spoiler; you won't).
   
   (Such "AI gigafactories" will be filled to the brim with proprietary software that won't ever be even source-available).

     It includes €20 billion for AI gigafactories providing Europeans with the computational power needed to propel Europe to the forefront of AI.

     We will lead the race by using our industrial strengths, collaborative spirit, and open source.
