     Oy.

     First people complained that we never have general strikes. So finally one is being publicized.

     Then it's complaints about it being on a Saturday.

     How about appreciating that one is being held, and maybe think about a second one on your favorite day? You choose. YOU start another general strike, get the ball going, instead of whining about this effort.

     FFS, people, organize around this. Our democracy is at stake.

     Whine about Republicans, MAGA, not this!

     @GottaLaff My questions to the whiners are: Have you called your senators and congressperson today? Have you written to your local elected officials? Have you put in time and given money to local orgs working to protect people?

     If so, great. Whine all you want about which day you want to do the general strike. If not, well, there's plenty of work right at hand to get to ...
