     @HonkHonkBoom Youre right that is the original plan. They are selling a unprofitable, end of life, fema site to the nipps during the most saturated market in history. Thing is they havent gotten the money or have the nips upgrade the facility to keep up with 2020s tech.
     
     I dont know why trump is blocking them. Its not like nippon steel can hire japs to replace.
