     Oh good tip about continuity test, obvious when I think about it.
     I finished this board early afternoon & been out since. I don't do long stints now since I ended up with sciatica from doing so. Took weeks & weeks to resolve.

     If this was me… I’d walk away take a break, come back tomorrow and

     Test each pin by running a continuity tester along the pads and top of the pin?

     Pull those blobs out with a bit of wick?
