@FlashMobOfOne Yeah that’s the kind of situation that needs an unoccupancy tax or something. Make it prohibitively expensive to leave places empty. Could have exceptions for remote properties or something.

@FlashMobOfOne Are the apartments being marketed on short term occupancy sites like Airbnb or VRBO? That is what is messing up the rental market in lots of cities.
