     I love spicy 🌶️ food, and I love feeling the heat of the sun virtually setting fire to my face. I once heard this and liking (too) hot showers had to do with depression 🤷🏻♂️

     Unfortunately my skin isn’t adapted so I enjoy this particular vice parsimoniously because skin cancer isn’t cool (and neither the immediate effects of a sunburn).

     So I *want to believe* at least this one study here is true:
