   Could my State ID gender marker be used to prevent me from getting my passport renewed (as female)?

     @RamenCatholic if your new passport gender marker matches your original birth certificate and your old passport, theoretically you should be able to renew it as F. However if that’s not the case, you won’t be given a passport and no one knows what happens next.
