      @shanie they were literally threatened and I'd be willing to bet that the current political climate makes them more sensitive to those types of things, which is understandable.

      Nobody deserves to be threatened for something so asinine as this.

      @BeAware Well, and I mean this very kindly, if scrutiny and mean words fold their plans, they probably should've thought out their proposal a bit better.

      Expanding on the idea, it'd be interesting to have an instance-anonymized user moderation database that anyone could review, showing actual moderation taken against users vs. what is effectively a complaint forum.

      Saying this, "interesting" could also go the other direction as well... My proposal wouldn't hold up to scrutiny :blobcatcoffee:
