I busted out my old wheat grinder. I used to make bread from freshly ground flour all the time, but I haven't for years. Now I've got a loaf hopefully rising slowly in the fridge. The recipe said I could do the final rise in the fridge, so hopefully all the happy bacteria grow slowly and I have a yummy loaf I can cook tomorrow!!

@Fragglemuppet the loaf rose beautifully in the fridge. All that is left is letting the dough come to room temperature and baking it! I found some honey from the farmers market in my cupboard to go with it. Much needed on a cold morning and with current events. If you were a neighbor I’d offer to bring you a slice!
