     @RickiTarr Is "pick me girl" just the new form of accusing someone of "seeking attention"? Because that was the term when I was coming up online, and honestly it scarred me for a while. Everyone needs attention and as long as you're not doing anything harmful, I never saw what was wrong with that.

     Or maybe it means something else.

     @Fragglemuppet @RickiTarr Being a pick me is when you throw your marginalised group under a bus to appeal to mainstream (eg; "I'm not like other girls", with the implication that other girls are bad)
