     You still misunderstand, the IRS, ATF, and various others were created by legislature and are therefore much more difficult to create or destroy.
     
     The EPA can be gotten rid of with the stroke of a pen with very little fanfare.
     
     Trump could nuke the epa tomorrow morning.

     You don't understand.
     
     Most agencies are created via legislation that passes both houses.
     
     The EPA, like DOGE, was created via EO, and if agencies created via EO can't be real, then neither DOGE nor the EPA can be real.
