     @Beachbum@mastodon.sdf.org It's because the Mastodon Taliban have bullied yet another developer into shutting down their project because they deemed it an attack on their imaginary privacy.
     
     It's not the first time it happens, and I'm afraid not the last time.
     
     What part of "Open web" is it that they don't understand?
