     Seriously guys, go get your nails done. Do bright pink if you're brave enough, or start with something more subtle if you're not. I started with black (and still do them in black frequently because I love the look).

     There are lots of options too. If you don't feel comfortable painting them yourself, ask for help or go to a nail salon. If you don't like shiny (I don't) you can do them matte!

     If you're worried about cracking them or messing them up, go to a salon and ask for "hard gel" and they will do a thicker coat that is really tough. (Few bucks extra usually, but well worth it. I have brittle nails, and this saves me so many broken nails!)
