   How do you help someone who's willing to (and very capable of) lying to the people who were summoned to help them about being ok when you know they're not? Fuck.

     @stumblewyk had to deal with an adult family member who completely cracked for 3+ years. We couldn't do anything but keep offering. They could refuse help, and couldnt be forced into a hospital. It's very hard and frustrating.

     @stumblewyk oh no. So sorry. We were lucky enough to be close by, so we could make a basic check by getting yelled at through the door.
