     Essentially, I was quoting another excellent poster here who was speaking about how some people are Nazis because they want to be good in this life, and do good for the world. Other people, on the other hand, want to be Nazis because they want to hurt others and do bad things to people, using the "I'm just making a better world" excuse to hide behind doing those bad things.
