     I've been dealing with something kinda like this. I assume you've checked that your settings match pgTune recs? The OOM killer kept hitting mine but a systemd option helped with that. Hard to tell which fixed it cause I also bumbed working memory per pgTune guidance

     @snacks @specter when i ran pgtune I put how much ram I have + the amount of zram I had configured and it worked wonders for performance
