     @steter Similar to Putin's destruction of wheat production in Ukraine, they also (physically) destroyed a major reservoir important for agriculture there.

     @ai6yr No. I think it was deliberately done to accelerate California's demise by destroying as much of it, and its agriculture, as possible. THIS IS AN ACT OF MASS MURDER BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGAINST A STATE! Of course, I could be mistaken. When has Trump ever expressed anger in California's direction?
