I think that was the last generation that had the OS keycaps, which I prefer to almost all modern types. So much more comfortable to use those generations of machine than pretty much anything which came after. I did find myself liking the newer generations of X13 (I think gen 3 - gen 5). Very refined for the concept. I currently daily drive a X395 which is getting a bit dated hardware wise.
