     No. My wetsuits and thanks and regulator (probably needs a through clean) are in Santa Cruz. Too darned cold to swim in anything other than Green Lake during summer.

     Julie has seen me take my clothes off (surfer, don't care, I wear cute undies, cope) and dive and swim in Lake Washington because I was bored... in Kirkland.

     Now I'd need a dry suit and survivability in the PNW is measured in *minutes*

     Got new flippers I wanna try out tho.

     @elfin @SlicerDicer hah I'll gladly hang out and man the boat but I didn't quite finish my PADI as I have sinus issues. They drilled my sinuses when I was a teenager and I struggled to hold pressure with my mask off at 10 meters or whatever. All I needed to do was
     
     - mask off, mask on, clear it
     - do the "pull someone 100 yards" or whatever
     
     and then I'd have my PADI. I still have my book! @SlicerDicer was training me in Maui 10 years ago

     @feld @elfin I want to build a boat there. I think that would be awesome. After owning the pontoon we did in Florida I want to build one from the ground up with twin motors. Then it’s required it’s heated and protected from elements. Should be trivial to operate that most places I would want to go. Not like the sound is generally rough as shit like Maui or even as bad as the keys.
