     another fantasy:

     Elon Musk announces that he has received an invitation from Martians to become the first earth ambassador to the Red Planet. He shares the recording which is...different. He asks his followers on X to vote on whether or not to accept the invitation. 97% approve. Launch date is set and even the non-religious Mastodoners start praying. A few mean-spirited people say they don't care if the booster blows up on the pad. Others say the farther away he gets from earth, the better.
