   Ugh, despite submitting my "Trader Status info" in May last year, Fab is moaning at me that I have to do it by 1st Feb or lose access to the EU. Clicking on the link to do it just says "Thanks for submitting your info". So now I have to file a support request to ask whether I actually have to do anything else or not. 🙄

     @sinbad after 9 months of being told "shut up you're on the list" the Dr agreed it was supposed to be a seven month wait, checked the list, and said I hadn't been added to the list at the beginning ...so now it's 18 months

     Fab support response was much faster than expected. They said they reset the trader info workflow so I could retry, but now the warning on my dashboard has just gone, and the trader stuff has a button for "changing" it, so hopefully that means it's now gone through based on my submission last year. 🤞

     Gotta say that although I've had various issues with Epic's publisher software over the years (hardly unusual in this space TBF), the support response when you need to raise something is pretty good.
