   @adriangadientbruegger it sure where you get your information from, but Signal is more secure than Threema. See [1] “Signal is better than Threema because Signal has Perfect Forward Secrecy on the end2end-Layer, which Threema does not. This means that in Signal, every message has its individual encryption key, so even if the Signal server would collect all messages sent, they couldn't decrypt”@AboutSignalNL

     @jwildeboer @adriangadientbruegger @AboutSignalNL Please don't intermingle privacy and security. They are two different pair of shoes that should be tackled hand in hand. #Threema comes without propietary libraries if installed over F-Droid (security), doesn't require a phone number (privacy) and doesn't rely one AWS, Google etc. (privacy and/or security, be my guest). #Signal uses post-quantum encryption (security) and is free to use (accessibility). None is better than the other. It all boils down to your and your contacts priorities. Such discussions just scare away WhatsApp users and the like.
