   I was walking around the most beautiful parts of SF with a friend from Singapore. Hayes Valley - Alamo Square Park / Painted Ladies - Buena Vista Park - The Haight - Golden Gate Park. He asked me what felt more like home now, Singapore or San Francisco.

   I said ‘tiny and annoying cities by the sea all feel like home’

     I love both cities and don’t think I could live many other places, but god they are both annoying in so many ways

     Beautiful, yes. And annoying. Which is why they’re my homes

     @skinnylatte Have you ever been to Stockholm? (I liked it when I visited, in part because it reminded me of when I lived in Boston. Small, arguably annoying cities in sea-adjacent harbors.)
