I hope not. I prefer self checkout. I hate interacting with people (especially when high, which I usually am at the grocery store, and wearing headphones). No one else bags things right either. I sometimes miss the EU thing where you bring and fill your own bags. -

@djsumdog @skylar I hate it, the weight in the bagging area must match the weight on the tiny platform before you scan preventing you from moving bags to your cart after filling them or scanning bulkier items from your cart. I'll just let the wagies do it for me. -

I think the ones at Publix and Food city stopped using weight. They've never given me warnings, and don't require you to hit the "don't bag" button for large items like toilet paper or cat food. I think most stores are moving away from that check, and just video people the entire time.
