The first day I had to use it, it was ringing in my head when I went to bed. On the other hand, it's pronunciation of foreign words and names is generally a lot better.

Though now the automatic reading of everything can be annoying.

Speech synthesis is one thing, screen reading is another. Almost all voices can be used with almost all screen readers.
