   I’ve recently joined a smaller Pixelfed instance. It’s the same app, just connecting to a different server. And I’m not really having any issues with speed or performance.

     I had huge issues with Mastodon at the beginning. The speed was a nightmare

     I stopped using the app and the web interface is just fine, fast and as convenient as the app.. if not more so.

     @Radlerin @kaiarzheimer I’m using Phanpy as a front end. I like it better than the default web UI, and it works great!
