People who give a disconnected English title to non-English materials should be fired. They are giving people the wrong expectations which results in low ratings.
«졸업» (lit. graduate) became «The Midnight Romance in Hagwon» 👎🏽🤦🏽

@vbence Yep, that's correct, it's the marketing department. They think what can get attention without any care if it will cause false expectations that can result in bad ratings.
Not always of course, but it's happening a lot. 😅 Which is ironic, because they should care about the ratings too.
Good thing I like the education theme, otherwise I would've given the show a low rating too. 😅😅 (It's what happened with "Goodbye, Earth" too. They set the expectation about an apocalyse, scifi production, but it was a life drama. The original title was already perfect.)
