     @robin I was afraid you'd say Nextdoor... 😂

     Do you have any strategies for dealing with their atrocious amount of garbage ads? They seem to be like the worst of the worst there.

     I've (for some not really defined reason) long avoided an adblocker but they'd probably be one of the sites to drive me to one if I actually wanted to try to engage regularly...

     @robin yeah TBH the various neighborhood group kind of stuff (which, I gotta be honest, I mostly read for schadenfreude purposes) is probably the main "redeeming" factor of Facebook presence for me anymore.

     @tim Yeah I was reluctant to mention Nextdoor, especially given how much petty grievance I see floating around the space 😅 But yeah, so far it's the only other place I've found that has some of the same types of local groups I've appreciated on Facebook.

     Good question about the ads, I haven't figured that out myself. But the more I rely on it the more I'll also feel pushed to do something about it 😂
