   Finished the 4th book in the Becky Chambers "Wayfarer" series. Strong recommend for "cozy sci-fi". Good tonic for <waves hands vaguely around at everything>.

   The sapients are kind, the stories small and intimate and what I needed right now.

   What should I read next?

     Oooh. Hope you like it. I listened to them in audio book format and enjoyed it.

     They are only loosely linked in the same universe. A minor character in the first book becomes a major character in the second.

     A different minor character from the first book, barely a mention, is the link to the third book.

     And likewise, the fourth weaves in yet an other.

     @pseudonym You might enjoy "The Four Profound Weaves" by R.B. Lemberg (elder queers that have something very important to do) or Sarah Gailey's River of Teeth books (alternate westerns with hippo steeds) Hope that helps!
