   I sued the UK 2½ years ago for refusing to issue me a Gender Recognition Certificate to match my birth certificate, despite what the law clearly states.

   My appeal hearing has now been confirmed for tomorrow at The Royal Court of Justice in London, court 63, "not before 10:30 am".

     I'm so tired. The Gender Recognition Panel declined to present a defense from the start.

     There's no evidence there'd be any significant cost to giving legal recognition to nonbinary people.

     Just ignorance, hate, fear, and worst of all, laziness.

     My legal costs are astronomical. I've burned out on begging for help.

     If anyone wants to come support me in court, great, be there at 9:30 for security, dress appropriate for court, be respectful and quiet.

     @ryanc I can't physically get there in time because of the public transport woes of mid Wales, but I SO MUCH wish that I could be. I'll post these details in various places, and IDEALLY a small army of purple and yellow clad nonbinary warriors (smartly dressed and quietly respectful) will turn up to support you.
