    #Cybersecurity #job opening!

Our security team is looking for a Cloud Security Consultant.

It's a permanent, full-time position. Hybrid work (~50% on-site in Munich, Germany). German language skills are helpful, but not required.

I'm not the hiring manager; but feel free to reach out via DM if you have general questions about what it's like to work here.

    Pls boost for reach.

Downside: Corporate employer. Plenty of hierarchies, processes and structures. When you have a great idea, you'll have to do some pushing to make it real.

Upside: Corporate employer. Proper working hours, good pay, no startup bullshit. You get to do what you're good at. And you can evolve your career along with your skills and interests.

@slothrop As an English speaker who only knows enough German to order lunch, I’m curious if you have any co-workers who are English-only speakers and succeed in their roles. I know English is the language of tech, especially, but it seems really hard to be part of a German company and not speak at least a moderate amount of the native language.

@winissen We have lots of co-workers who don't speak German, both on-site and in our teams around the world.

The official company language is English, and it's expected that everyone is able to conduct meetings in English. Even when a meeting is being conducted in German, everyone switches to English when someone joins who doesn't speak German well enough.
