@nf3xn Ok on a serious note, no you don't retroactively remove citizenship, but you interpret it as not applying to any future children of illegal immigrants by interpreting illegal residence here like an invasion or foreign ambassador's child, etc. The Supreme Court has already ruled in favor of many exceptions to born here = citizen including: "exceptions or qualifications (as old as the rule itself) of children of foreign sovereigns or their ministers, or born on foreign public ships, or of enemies within and during a hostile occupation of part of our territory, and with the single additional exception of children of members of the Indian tribes owing direct allegiance to their several tribes" Unlike, say, former slaves, citizens of foreign countries illegally here arguably do have "allegiance to their several" countries.
