     When dealing with doctors having the power to deny the care you already know you need like accessing HRT, look up the standards of care and criteria they're supposed to be looking for, memorize it, and tell them the answers they want to hear. "Yes, I've always known since I was a little child." "Yes, I have dressed as my gender privately and with friends for years, and have started to come out and be myself publicly over the last 6 months". "I'm binary as binary can be". "I don't have any other mental health conditions except for gender dysphoria". On and on.
     Tell them what they want to hear.
     Be the perfect little trans person.
     Get your meds.
     Fuck the gatekeepers.

     A pro tip I've learned is to find whatever "informed consent" clinic is easiest to access, even if they don't give all that great of care. Even self pay online stuff like Plume. If you've been on hrt for 6 months or so, lots of docs will take over your HRT care without any gatekeeping since they assume if you've been on it that long, they don't have any liability or duty to run you through their gatekeep.

     @JessTheUnstill @vantablack i was thinking of going thru Kaiser for it but then someone I follow on here who has Kaiser confirmed my suspicion that Kaiser’s Trans “clinic” is a sick joke.
     Planned Parenthood is supposedly one non invasive way of getting HRT.
     Still need to check in to that…was the plan for last year but my migraines got worse
