I cannot believe that there is enough trade in luxury watches to support the number of stores in every damn mall in the country. The Tag store, Breitling, Rolex, etc.

@juglugs I guess those stores target people who can’t spend the money on a(nother) fancy car, but want a status symbol.
Watches are one of the few ways for men to show off money, especially since hardly anyone wears suits anymore.

Yes, a status symbol once per year if you're materialistic but for the average Joe?
