   @elena maybe this is just because i have too serious a case of web developer brain, but these linktree type systems seem like they're adding far more complication than needed. it looks like it's just a list of links or am i not understanding something

     @mensrea @elena oh that's totally fair, thanks for bringing up this point. And I'm replying here because your comment doesn't show up in my GtS notifications.

     I find a list of links very useful for directing friends to my various online profiles.

     Case in point: I quit all mainstream social media platforms cold turkey - without announcements.

     I'm planning to write to friends telling them where to find me instead and this landing page is very handy (and memorable, URL-wise, IMHO)

     @mensrea I actually did something similar on my personal site but I feel like LinkStack's design is cleaner

     @_elena @elena i get why the list of links, what confusing to me is something like linkstack for it. but that could just be me thinking html is so simple, it would be easier to just do it by hand

     @_elena @mensrea you can as you probably know can redirect your elena.social to this official link page just look into your dns settings
