   I used https://termly.io/ to generate the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Loops so I could ship the TestFlight beta ASAP.

   There have been several concerns raised about them, and I want you to know that we will be replacing them with a better, more clearer set of rules and policies.

   Please don't assume the worst, I'm trying my best but don't have a team to help me with stuff like this.

   I'll make it right.

     @dansup thank you for the clarification!

     This makes me think, it would be super useful to have a privacy respecting boilerplate ToS, that takes federation into account, that projects could default to as they are getting started. 🤔

     @lavaeolus Nobody is perfect, I don't dwell on my past actions, I learn from them and improve and move forward.

     If there was some smoking gun of my misbehavior, other than he uses "phrases" its like really?

     Don't you have something better to do? Have I ever showed any racism towards anyone?

     Nope, I even tried to work with them, but they have been silent.

     @dansup Let me preface: I really am in awe of all your incredible work. Pixelfed is great, loops has potential (just not for me personally ^^).

     But there are substantiated criticisms of decisions you made which could have been avoided if you had been part of a team.
     Please understand: I'm worried for your personal well-being and the longevity of your projects.

     Are there any plans to share those burdens? Kinda like @Gargron just did?
     (ofc not exactly the same, your situations are different)
