     @tk @sun I can just picture zuck types learning about here and thinking "oh wow, no taxes, dirt cheap living, and remoteness???" and wanting to spend 8 or 9 figures on land grabbing only to realize the best they can do is a 55 year lease that can be revoked any time and requires local government approval
