   @i GNUnet, tor and i2p have already existed for years.
   
   The thing with IPv4 addresses is that there is a limited amount and sometimes they need to be changed.
   
   For usecases where a IPv4 or IPv6 address can be copy pasted, TLS with an alternative root for verification has been available for a long time.
