     @moira @SnoopJ @socketwench If we're going to do an inanimate object killing people movie, we should do Rubber (2010). It's about an abandoned car tire which returns to life and goes on a murderous rampage using its telekinetic powers!

     @whknott @moira @SnoopJ @socketwench QD's work is so absurd and I love it. Just nobody else quite like him anywhere in cinema.

     Rubber is brilliant because having the tire in place of the crazed killer sort of exposes all the film making conventions and tropes which might otherwise pass unnoticed with a more conventional protagonist.
