   I got a box of instant oatmeal “with protein”.

   1. Tastes like candy. I like sweet things, but it was still too sweet for me.

   2. Thinking longer about this, I’m not sure where the extra protein in oatmeal would come from, other than less careful screening of tiny things that like to eat oats.

   Back to the big cardboard can it is.

     @tek There are many different varieties of oats, some have more protein, some have less. A tangent: most have glutein, but not all of them.
