     @staringatclouds I was reading en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interfac… (1994) in 2004 or so, and every US Presidential election since then has shocked me with becoming more and more aligned with the book.

     I've been watching a lot of the old TV shows and it amazes me how much of that crap is STILL going on even from the 80's.

     @staringatclouds @dgar Plus it was fully written as a five season arc before they started filming such that flash-forward scenes in season one didn’t make any sense until season four or five. It was so far ahead of its time.
