     @waltertross If you use the official app, in the Settings you can find the subtitles section. You should probably choose "Default" as subtitle language

     @toad I mean titles, not subtitles.
     I also looked into the "notifications" menu, to no avail :-(

     @waltertross Sorry, I didn't understand. I can only suggest you to change the Region in the "General" page of the Settings to English if you watch mostly English-speaking videos.
     Not a solution, only a workaround 😕
